Alain d’Iribarne, a Doctor of Economics, is director of research at CNRS and specialist in labour organisation, especially as regards technological developments. He is currently the Chairman of the Scientific Committee of ACTINEO, an observatory for quality of life in the workplace.
Throughout his research, the sociologist has continually raised the question of improvements to be made to company life, particularly highlighting the level of well-being of French men and women at work.
Alain d’Iribarne is the author of a study on office layout demonstrating the link between workspace layout and wage efficiency in the day-to-day life of the corporate world.
