The designer Linda Bayon reappropriates the codes and know-how of Casadisagne and proposes a light in a timeless and graphic style, like a jewel that dresses all interiors. A first collaboration with a designer for Casadisagne who wants to include design at the heart of its strategy and sublimate the work of brass.
CADADISAGNE is a French maker of luxury decorative interior lighting.
Each one of our lights is crafted in elegant and contemporary style. We have made all our lights in France for the past 20 years, in our Provencal workshops. Items are made of brass and their various patinas are applied using traditional methods to lend them a warm look. Our lights are designed become a subtle and elegant part of all kinds of traditional and contemporary settings, including homes, hotels and restaurants.
Since she graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs (ENSAD) in Paris in 2009, Linda Bayon has worked for various design companies and luxury brands.
Since 2011, she has exhibited works in her own name with collectives such as the Fédération Française de Design and Traits d’Union. Through her work, she seeks to lend objects real soul and personality. She also thinks hard about functionality, and seeks out beauty in ordinary things. In her work, forms are gentle but artistic, and colours and materials are combined with poetic élan. Her approach forges links between craftsmanship and new manufacturing techniques, and she prioritises the use of high-quality materials such as ceramics, wood and copper in sophisticated, elegant objects that meld together tradition and modernity.
