Created in 2013 by its eponymous designer, Julie Conrad Design Studio develops made-to-measure scenography and interior design projects, and offers workshops in graphic arts and consulting to both private individuals and industry professionals.
The studio also produces its own objects and furniture, including the Unpaper and CarryMe collections. The link between traditional craftsmanship and new technologies is strictly maintained to offer innovative and made-to-measure solutions.
When it opened, the Julie Conrad Design Studio was responsible for the scenography for George Frideric Handel’s opera Rinaldo at the Centre des Arts Pluriels in Luxembourg. The following year, she was the invited to participate in Steve Krack and Silvano Vidale’s “Amicale des Amis” exhibition, where she was given carte blanche and presented her installation TIR. The designer regularly runs workshops, including at the MUDAM modern art museum and the SNJ youth support group.
