Lorenz Baümer is a jeweller, entrepreneur and collector based at 19 Place Vendôme in Paris.
For the last 25 years, Lorenz Bäumer has been thinking about jewellery from unique perspectives and designing audacious works inspired by poetry and architecture. He combines his talents with those of the best artisans, heirs to exceptional traditions and skills, to create original and unique designs. He has distinguished himself by his taste for innovation, inherited from his training as an engineer.
In 2010, he designed the “Écume de Diamants” tiara for the marriage of SAS Prince Albert II of Monaco to Charlène, Princess of Monaco.
His designs have gained international acclaim, including at the National Jewelry Institute of America, which celebrated 15 years of his designs in 1997. Four of his designs form part of the permanent collections of the Museum of Decorative Arts.
He has also worked on collaborations with some of the biggest jewellery houses (Chanel and Louis Vuitton, to name just two).
