"The aim of the exhibition is to address the general public all over the world to share the spirit of French design."
Bernard Reybier, president of VIA
Organised in collaboration with the Institut français, the NO TASTE FOR BAD TASTE exhibition will travel to more than twenty countries, making its mark at key international events in the design and furniture sector.
Additional content such as conferences, round- table discussions, films, interviews, and more will enhance appreciation of the pieces on show, giving rise to encounters and exchanges fostering the outreach of le French Design. Members of the think tank will be present on several dates and at several destinations, making their own contributions to the event.
The exhibition helps to achieve a twin objective : showcasing the creativity of le French Design and promoting the French furniture industry around the world. An ambitious operation, very much in line with VIA’s professional mission.
“Revealing the DNA of French Design with 40 showpieces, illustrating how it draws endless inspiration from its ten traditional values, with each piece offering an insight into French art de vivre. This is VIA’s ambition for this harmonious, generous and poetic exhibition.”
Jean-Paul Bath, CEO of VIA
